Preorder Information

  • By pre-ordering, you’ll secure a pin from this exclusive, limited-edition run. Only 25/50 of each design will be available for preorder; the rest will be held for public release.

  • The Hades (Vol. 2) and Jinx/Vi pins are scheduled to enter production early December. Due to the detailed design and holiday season, production may take 1-2 months, so we expect to ship in February.

  • If there are significant changes to this timeline, we’ll notify you by email and update this page. Please check your emails regularly for updates.

Design and Quality Expectations

  • I strive to provide every preorder customer with an A-Grade enamel pin in line with my grading policy.

  • Please note that slight design adjustments may be required for production due to manufacturing limitations. Minor color variations or small imperfections (e.g., tiny bubbles or slight misalignments) are normal for handmade enamel pins and do not qualify as defects.

  • In the rare case that not enough A-Grade pins are available, I’ll contact the most recent buyers by order date and offer either a discount or refund.

Commitment to Purchase

  • By placing a preorder, you agree to the terms and timeline outlined above.

  • Preorders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, so please ensure you are committed to your purchase at the time of ordering.

  • Prices may be subject to change based on demand.

Combined Orders

  • If you purchase in-stock items along with your preorder pins, all items will be shipped together when the preorder pins are ready.

Shipping

  • Shipping is standard by default. You may select tracking at checkout, which is highly recommended for these limited-edition items.

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages unless tracking is selected, and replacements or refunds are not provided for untracked shipments.

  • Please confirm that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Any shipping errors or extra charges due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

  • It is your responsibility to update us if your address changes during this time. Please email maidfetishes@gmail.com with this information.

Pin grading

  • You can review my pin grading policy here. I am diligent in my grading process, and I personally inspect each pin to ensure it meets quality standards. My B-Grade pins are also of high quality, typically featuring only minimal imperfections.
